The
following are frequently asked questions and answers. As
with any franchise offering, you should obtain
the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and review it with
your advisors. The FDD contains all required information
for owning a
FranchiseInc!
franchise in your state. This is not an offer to purchase
a franchise, it is for information only. Franchises may
not be available in all states, see the FDD.
Q:
How do I get a copy of
the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for
FranchiseInc!?
A:
You must complete our
Confidential Questionnaire. The simplest way to complete the
confidential questionnaire is to use the online system (www.franchiseinc.com)
or you may call our home office at 800-961-0420.
Q:
How much can I earn
owning and operating a
FranchiseInc!
franchise?
A:
Franchise
Law (commonly called the Franchise Rule by the Federal
Trade Commission) does not allow us to project earnings.
We truly cannot answer that question because there are
many external factors that neither you nor
FranchiseInc!
can control that will affect your
profitability including sales volume, market timing,
seasonality fluctuation of franchisor inventory, your
managerial skills, economic factors and your marketing
efforts. Because you will be starting a new business from
the ground up, it is realistic to plan for periods of no
income from the business. As with any new business you
should have sufficient capital to sustain your needs for
at least one year. We recommend that you ask your business
advisors to assist you in this planning process. (see FDD,
Item 19.)
Q:
Will I have a protected
territory?
A:
As a franchisee you will receive a
non-exclusive territory as per Item 12 in our FDD. This
allows you to sell anywhere in the United States provided
you meet all state requirements, if any.
Q:
Will
FranchiseInc! provide
ongoing operational guidance or support?
A:
Yes. You will receive an Operations Manual,
ongoing training, conventions and support as requested.

Q:
How long does it take
to become a franchisee?
A:
Once you have
taken the mandatory minimum of 14 days to review the
FDD,
have completed the application and attended home office
training you can operate as a
FranchiseInc!
franchisee. This process can be 45 days or
less.
Q:
How many staff do I
need to operate a franchise?
A:
This is a professional franchise, you
usually will not need staff to operate this franchise.
Q:
How much is the
royalty?
A:
Zero, we have an
aggressive compensation plan where our consultants can
earn 100% of all commissions.
Q:
Do I have to contract with franchisors?
A:
No, we do all the contracting for you. All you do is
present the franchise concept to your prospects. Under our
agreements, you are paid by the franchisor when your
prospect purchases a franchise directly from them.
Franchisors are invoiced through our software. |
