We desire to appoint consultants to the FranchiseInc! Franchise Consultant Network those individuals that:

• Have life experience in business and/or franchising of at least 5 years.
• Have technical or college level training and have demonstrated the ability to learn concepts and apply them to a strategy. It is a plus if they have an advanced degree, or professional designation such as MBA, CPA, JD, etc., or actual business experience in excess of 10 years with at least 5 years in management or as a business owner.
• Have leadership skills and can mentor, coach, or guide individuals seeking a dream fulfillment.
• Are coachable and are willing to follow a specific plan of action in support of common team objectives and goals.
• Are from diverse backgrounds, cultures and ethnicity.
• Are stimulated by a spectrum of business concepts and are willing to invest the time to learn about the companies we represent.
• Are articulate, patient, encouraging and steady to present a truthful representation of the facts knowing this always leads to the best outcome.
• Put client needs above personal income and are not high pressure sales personnel; but understand it is better to sort versus convince.
• Meet all the character criteria of the Federal Trade Commission and State Regulators.
• Have the personal financial discipline to be compensated on a performance based incentive structure versus a paycheck.
• Are self motivated and can work apart from the group connected by support, conference calls and technology.
