Payment of Royalties and Other Franchise Agreement
Payments. FranchiseInc!, LLC in consideration
of promises made in the Franchise Agreement offers
no refunds for payments made through this website
for that purpose. The Franchise Agreement provides
for any refunds for contractual payments and such
refunds will be by check from the home office.
Consumer
Payments for Goods and Services.
FranchiseInc!, LLC accepts credit cards and
delivers quality goods and services via this
website. A written request to our corporate
address or a phone call to 800-961-0420 within 30
days of purchase along with the goods being
returned in a saleable form will receive a full
refund by check. Services rendered cannot be
refunded once receive as they are deemed earned
when the service is rendered. |
