When you think about buying
a franchise, one of the first questions you want to ask
is, “How much money can I make?” The franchise rule of law
states that a franchisor cannot project income. Later in
Validating you will learn how to discover this answer.
The next question, “Which franchise should I buy, and is
the one operating unit enough?”
Our franchise consultants are trained to help you discover
all these answers. Ask our consultants to fully explain
each of the 3 concepts:
Single Unit Ownership. This is where you purchase a
franchise and operate one single unit and you earn all
your income from this one concept. In this strategy, you
typically work “in” the business.
Multi-Unit Ownership. This is where your purchase
of one
franchise unit does not generate the income you desire
from one location; you might choose to operate
several locations. In this strategy, you typically work
“on” the business. Working on the business means you take
more of a management role.
Multi-Concept Ownership. This is where you might purchase
more than one concept so that the combined synergy meets
all your business goals. In this strategy you will act as
CEO of your company having managers who operate each
concept or concept(s) for you. This is an innovation of
FranchiseInc! we call the
MCOC (multi-concept operating
company).
What is interesting… each strategy can cost the same
investment! Ask our franchise consultants to explain how
each strategy can work for you!
